Do I have coverage for my Chiropractic Treatment?

Chiropractic benefits are included in most health insurance policies.

Many of them will give coverage for our services, but each plan is different. For us to give you the most accurate answer, we need some information from you. During your first visit we will attempt to verify your coverage. If you would like to know your benefits before you come, you may call your insurance directly and they will provide you with benefit information.  Or, please contact us and we will collect necessary information to verify your coverage.

If you have a HMO:

We are contracted with many different HMO policies including benefits handled through American Specialty Health Plan (ASHP), OptumHealth Care Solutions, which is comprise of the A.C.N. Group, & The Managed Physical Network, and Landmark.

If you have a PPO / POS / EPO:

We are contracted with most PPO networks including, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and many more.  You may locate us on their websites under Participating Doctors.
